These are the terms you agree to when you use TNT Towing & Salvage Disposal's website and mobile app, book towing or roadside service, or take part in our salvage auctions. This is the same User Agreement we ask customers to accept in the app, published here for your reference.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts located in Alberta. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have that cannot be waived under Alberta's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the version shown above changes and signed-in users are asked to review and accept the new version. The date and version on this page always reflect the current terms.
